Mindbox Sp. z o.o. w Krakowie poszukuje specjalisty ds. workforce planning, który będzie zarządzał codziennym planem zasobów dla kilku linii serwisowych we współpracy z Ops Managerami.

Zakres obowiązków obejmuje dopasowywanie planów zatrudnienia do strategii, nadzór nad procesami rekrutacyjnymi oraz analizę danych zasobów. Kandydat powinien mieć doświadczenie w pracy w zespołach międzynarodowych i płynny angielski.

Qualifications

• Analityczne myślenie i umiejętność organizacji pracy.
• Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu planem zatrudnienia i cyklu rekrutacyjnego.
• Umiejętność pracy z interesariuszami i budowania relacji.
• Znajomość analityki danych i narzędzi MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Płynna angielszczyzna (mówiona i pisana).
• Wysoki poziom samodzielności i umiejętność pracy w zespole międzynarodowym.

Responsibilities

• Zarządzanie codziennym planem zasobów dla kilku linii serwisowych we współpracy z Ops Managerami.
• Dopasowywanie planów zatrudnienia do strategii i zapewnienie zgodności z politykami.
• Nadzór nad zarządzaniem pracą tymczasową, onboarding i offboarding oraz monitoring stażu.
• monitorowanie procesów rekrutacyjnych i utrzymanie wysokiej jakości danych zasobów.
• Wspieranie skalowalnych strategii zatrudnienia i insourcingu.
• Udział w testowaniu narzędzi i udział w UAT.
• Dążenie do ciągłych usprawnień procesów i budowanie silnych relacji z interesariuszami.

Codzienne zadania:

• Manage the day‑to‑day workforce plan for one or more service lines in partnership with Ops Managers.
• Align workforce plans with strategy and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee contingent workforce management, including onboarding, offboarding, and tenure tracking.
• Track recruitment processes and maintain high‑quality workforce data.
• Support scaled hiring strategies and insourcing initiatives.
• Provide feedback on tooling enhancements and participate in UAT as required.
• Drive continuous process improvements and build strong stakeholder relationships.
