Qualifications

4+ years of ERP consulting experience.
Experience leading Workday implementations or other ERP systems.
Experience in implementing R2R, P2P, O2C, and related Workday areas.
Workday Finance Certifications in at least one area.
Demonstrated knowledge of AI-powered tools in daily work.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Work on Workday Financial deployments in leading roles.
Conduct client sessions to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
Assess client needs and propose recommendations or alternatives.
Advise clients on best practices and implement system enhancements.
Configure systems, perform testing, and manage data activities.
Assist in data conversion from legacy systems to Workday.
Support integration testing between Workday and third-party solutions.
Understand Workday Implementation Methodology and mentor new team members.
Support sales activities and business development.
