Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a Senior Workday Financial Consultant to lead Workday Financial deployments and drive transformation for our clients. The role offers a hybrid working model and exposure to international projects.

You will conduct client workshops, gather requirements, assess needs, configure and test the system, perform data migration, and collaborate with integration teams. Certifications and AI-aware approaches are valued.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ERP consulting experience.
• Experience leading Workday implementations or other ERP deployments.
• Experience in implementing R2R, P2P, O2C, and other Finance areas.
• Workday Finance Certifications in at least one area.
• Knowledge of AI-powered tools and automation in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Financial deployments in leading roles.
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather requirements.
• Assess client needs and propose recommendations and/or alternatives.
• Advise clients on best practices and implement enhancements.
• Configure, test, and perform data activities for the proposed solution.
• Help convert legacy data into Workday.
• Assist integrations testing between Workday and third-party solutions.
• Understand Workday Implementations Methodology.
• Share knowledge and mentor new Team Members.
• Support sales activities and business development.
