Job summary

• Solid experience leading HCM, Payroll, or Financial implementations.
• Strong client management and a track record of delivering service.
• Ability to navigate varied business contexts with minimal guidance.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Comfortable handling several engagements in a fast-paced setting.
• Hands-on deployment background with major platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Advisory Projects: drive delivery of Workday Success Plans across EMEA with measurable impact.
• Own the Engagement: define goals, scope, and delivery plans to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Engage with Senior Stakeholders: build relationships with top customers to support their goals.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: guide customers through the Optimization Packages portfolio.
• Manage Multiple Projects: oversee a dynamic portfolio and maintain quality and timelines.
• Coach and Support: share knowledge on WSP methodology with project teams.
• Collaborate with Clients: work with customer PMs to anticipate risks and unblock issues.
• Lead with Confidence: facilitate sessions and internal discussions driving momentum.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: manage forecasting, scheduling, and admin tasks end-to-end.
