Job summary

Rolls-Royce Krakow Global Capability Center seeks a Workday Developer to design, configure and optimize advanced Workday reporting solutions and data models. You will build complex reports, dashboards and data integrations to support HR decisions and workforce insights.

You will work in a hybrid office in Krakow (Unity Tower) with flexible start times, collaborating with HR and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end Workday and third‑party integrations and ensure data quality.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on Workday Reporting experience in an operational setting.
• Extensive Workday HCM knowledge including Core HCM and related modules.
• Strong ability to create calculated fields and multivariate reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Workday reports (Advanced/Matrix/Composite).
• Create and manage Workday data models and calculated fields.
• Develop Workday dashboards, scorecards and self‑service analytics for leaders.
• Integrate Workday with external data lakes/BI tools and troubleshoot issues.
• Draft technical specifications and support end‑to‑end Workday/third‑party integrations.
