Job summary

People More in Kraków is seeking a System Analyst (Data Warehouse) to join an international team. You will identify data sources, design data quality and data models, and propose ETL changes to support reporting and analytics. Strong SQL, UML, and Sparx EA skills are required, along with fluent English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst in Data Warehouse projects.
• Proven ability to design transformations between warehouse layers (Staging, ODS, Analytical, Presentation).
• Practical experience in modeling Data Warehouse structures and ETL logic.
• Deep knowledge of UML for data modeling (Class and Data Flow diagrams).
• Very good English and Polish

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze data sources, structures, and warehouse data flows.
• Design and enhance Data Quality processes within the Data Warehouse environment.
• Perform system analysis of logical and physical data models using UML notation.
• Design and recommend ETL process modifications for reporting and advanced analytics.
• Consult on system solutions with stakeholders and support developers and testers throughout the lifecycle
