Workday Success Plans is a team focused on delivering post Go‑Live services to customers, helping them achieve business value from their Workday applications.

About The Team

The Team creates programs such as feature demonstrations, full feature deployments, office hours, and customer enablement services to support customers’ adoption and success.

About The Role

The role operates directly with customers in micro consulting engagements, answering how‑to questions, providing configuration guidance, delivering feature demonstrations, and troubleshooting product configuration. The expert will act as a trusted Workday advisor.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts.
• Deliver small‑scope consulting, including configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, and tips.
• Troubleshoot product configuration to resolve or optimize business requirements.
• Communicate responses and value to customers clearly and effectively.
• Create and deliver customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals (Accelerator Webinars).
• Provide one‑on‑one guidance to help customers achieve success (Optimization Packages, Feature Accelerator).
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews).
• Maintain product expertise and Workday certification(s); stay familiar with the Workday roadmap.
• Engage with customers on industry practices and emerging topics.
• Help create new programs to drive feature adoption.

Additional Customer Enablement Services

• Office Hours – appointment‑based consulting engagements.
• Configuration and business requirements reviews with detailed deliverables.
• One‑on‑one customer configuration designs.
• Full feature deployments.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT implementation experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials Reporting.
• 2+ years of software consulting experience.

Additional Qualifications

• Workday certification or ability to certify in Workday Reporting, Workday Financials, or PRISM.
• Ability to quickly grasp new Workday concepts and distill complex concepts into presentations.
• Strong multitasking and organization skills.
• Strong critical thinking and influence skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required; advanced degree preferred.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: €70,600 EUR - €106,000 EUR (Netherlands)
Additional Location Base Pay Range: zł199,400 PLN - zł299,200 PLN (Poland)
