Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Center is seeking a Workday Reporting Developer to design, configure, and optimise advanced Workday reports and data models for HR operations and leadership.

You will work with Workday Report Writer, data modelling, and dashboard delivery, ensuring data quality and actionable insights. The role supports global HR processes in a hybrid Kraków office environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday Reporting experience in HCM.
• Experience with Workday configuration and data models.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise complex Workday reports for HR and leadership.
• Create and maintain Workday data models and calculated fields.
• Configure dashboards and ensure data quality across Workday modules.
• Collaborate with HR and analytics teams on cross-system reporting needs.
