Job summary

Workday is seeking a seasoned Workday Specialist to join our Success Plans team in Poland. You will deliver small-scope consulting, provide configuration guidance, troubleshoot, and deliver feature demonstrations to help customers adopt Workday features and maximize value.

With 5+ years in HCM reporting and analytics, you will collaborate with customers, deliver live presentations, and maintain Workday certifications while staying current with industry practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience for enterprise software applications
• 3+ years of proven ability building and maintaining Workday HCM/Financial Reporting & Analytics
• 3+ years of IT implementation experience
• 3+ years of software consulting experience
• Workday Certification or ability to certify in Workday HCM, Workday Financial, Workday Reporting
• Extensive experience and a certification in Prism Analytics will be a significant asset

Responsibilities

• Deliver small scope consulting in response to customer requests; provide configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks
• Troubleshoot product configuration to resolve or optimize configuration to meet requirements
• Clearly communicate responses and value to customers
• Create and deliver customer presentations on using Workday features
• Provide one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate feature adoption
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities
• Maintain Workday certification and stay aware of Workday roadmap
• Keep up to date with industry practices and engage with customers on topics
• Help drive creation of new programs to drive customer feature adoption
• Deliver additional enablement services such as Office Hours and configuration reviews
• Provide one‑on‑one customer configuration designs and deployment guidance
