Rolls-Royce Krakow Global Capability Center seeks a Workday Developer to design, configure and optimize advanced Workday reporting solutions and data models. You will build complex reports, dashboards and data integrations to support HR decisions and workforce insights.
You will work in a hybrid office in Krakow (Unity Tower) with flexible start times, collaborating with HR and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end Workday and third‑party integrations and ensure data quality.
