Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Shared Services, HR data management.
• Experience with HR systems and data management.
• Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience planning and coordinating team activities.
• Exposure to transition activities and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Managing HR administration processes related to employee lifecycle events (hire, change, separation).
• Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of employee data.
• Preparing employment contracts and related documentation.
• Handling employee inquiries and cooperating closely with managers.
• Maintaining and updating knowledge base content for employees, managers, and HR.
• Supporting onboarding and training of new team members.
• Assisting in the implementation of policies, procedures and systems.
