Job summary

Strada Global in Poland is seeking a Workday Integration Consultant to deliver robust integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors. This role is home-based with travel to client sites up to 40%, serving HR and finance needs across the EMEA region.

You'll gather requirements, design, build, test, and deploy scalable integrations, mentor junior consultants, and align solutions with business and technical standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services
• Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, XSD, and web service technologies
• Fluent English skills
• Experience deploying and supporting Workday integrations in a client-facing or consulting environment
• Familiarity with HR and Financial systems integration, ideally within Workday
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience mentoring or training others in Workday integration is a plus
