Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a highly capable IT Operations Engineer in Warsaw. The role focuses on resolving high-priority incidents, maintaining SLA compliance, and performing advanced troubleshooting of servers and applications in a hybrid work environment.

You will manage Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, IIS certificates, and RDS/Remote Desktop tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English and German is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server and directory services in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of VM hosting in Cloud or VMware; basic cloud platform familiarity.
• Understanding ITIL/IT processes and ticket handling is preferred.
• Knowledge of IIS certificates and certificate management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 24/7/365 availability of systems, apps, and infrastructure.
• Configure servers, apps, updates, and secure systems on Azure portal.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server and app issues with timely communication.
• Coordinate with teams to improve existing systems and processes.
• Maintain documentation and monitor system health and performance.
