Job summary

Wipro IT Services Poland Sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk is seeking an experienced Active Directory Administrator to maintain and optimize our hybrid identity infrastructure.

You will manage AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Windows Server environments, with hands-on PowerShell automation and close collaboration with global teams. The role requires strong troubleshooting, security best practices, and documentation skills to support on-call and ongoing upgrades.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
• Strong knowledge of AD DS, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Kerberos authentication.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AD Connect, and hybrid identity environments.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell automation and scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across AD, replication, authentication, and Windows Server environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and security best practices.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy environments.
• Troubleshoot complex identity, authentication, replication, and Windows Server issues.
• Administer hybrid identity solutions, including Entra ID and AD Connect.
• Implement security controls, access management, and directory services best practices.
• Perform system maintenance, monitoring, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Support disaster recovery planning, system backups, and infrastructure health checks.
• Collaborate with global teams and provide technical guidance to L1/L2 support teams.
• Maintain operational documentation and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
