Job summary

Wipro Limited in Poland is seeking an experienced Active Directory Admin for a contract role, based in Gdańsk with hybrid work (3 days per week in the office). The candidate will manage AD DS, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy, while implementing security controls and hybrid identity solutions.

The role requires 6+ years in AD/Windows Server, PowerShell scripting, strong troubleshooting, and documentation skills. Collaboration with global teams and on-call support are included in responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
• Strong knowledge of AD DS, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Kerberos authentication.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AD Connect, and hybrid identity environments.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell automation and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy environments.
• Troubleshoot identity, authentication, replication, and Windows Server issues.
• Administer hybrid identity solutions, including Entra ID and AD Connect.
• Implement security controls, access management, and directory services best practices.
• Perform system maintenance, monitoring, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Support disaster recovery planning, system backups, and infrastructure health checks.
• Collaborate with global teams and provide technical guidance to L1/L2 support teams.
• Maintain operational documentation and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
