Job summary

Work Life Group NL in Warsaw is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Operations Lead (Hands-on Azure, Cloud & ITIL) to own and optimize IT operations across Poland and Hungary, with a focus on Azure, cloud infrastructure, and ITIL‑based service delivery. This hands-on role requires proactive troubleshooting, incident resolution, and collaboration with external IT providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations or related IT roles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and hybrid infrastructures.
• Experience with ITIL Incident and Service Operation processes.
• Fluent Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own daily IT infrastructure operations across Poland and Hungary.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational incidents independently.
• Administer Azure and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Coordinate external IT providers, contracts, SLAs, and service delivery.
• Support IT procurement and contribute to cost control.
