Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a skilled professional for the Group Investigations Whistleblowing Triaging role in Warsaw. The position focuses on operationalising the whistleblowing programme, managing channels, and ensuring regulatory compliance within Group Investigations.

The successful candidate will have experience in whistleblowing programmes, risk management, and project prioritisation within a financial services context, with fluency in English and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Understanding of whistleblowing policies in a global organisation.
• Experience in confidential investigations and compliance within global structures.
• Understanding of regulatory framework and requirements within a global organisation.
• Certified Fraud Examiner and/or Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist could be an asset.
• English written and spoken – fluent.

Responsibilities

• Operationalise the whistleblowing programme to minimise risk and losses.
• Manage whistleblowing channels including triaging concerns and assigning cases.
• Drive continual improvements in Group Investigations processes and policy revisions.
• Manage Group Investigations case management system including access rights and issues.
• Assist with Records Keeping, Privacy and Data Sovereignty processes and regulatory compliance.
• Support Risk Framework owners with relevant matters and reporting.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enable end-to-end delivery of services.
