Job summary

Standard Chartered in Poland is seeking a seasoned Assurance professional to lead planning, reporting and portfolio oversight across the 2nd Line. You will partner with Data & Analytics and Transformation teams to deliver risk-based approaches, consolidate global plans, and respond to regulatory requests.

A senior member of Professional Services, you will coordinate with Heads of Assurance, Internal Audit and Control Testing to optimise resources, challenge plans, and ensure effective governance

Qualifications

• Experience in audit, assurance, risk or COO roles within banking.
• Experience delivering management information and reporting.
• Strong analytical capability and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 2nd Line Assurance planning process and ensure risk-based coverage.
• Embed data-led prioritisation of assurance activity.
• Coordinate with Heads of Assurance, Internal Audit and Control Testing.
• Maintain consolidated view of assurance coverage across the lines of defence.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requests and thematic reviews.
