Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to support whistleblowing compliance requirements and related controls. You will triage reports, conduct confidential investigations, and help improve whistleblowing policies and processes within a fast-moving regulatory environment.

You will maintain information, prepare high-quality investigation reports, and present findings and remedial actions to senior management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience conducting internal investigations or whistleblowing-related matters.

• In-depth knowledge of whistleblowing regulation and legislation (e.g., Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 and EU Whistleblowing Directive).
•  
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple investigations and projects.

Responsibilities

• Triaging whistleblowing reports.
•  
• Conducting independent investigations into complex and highly sensitive whistleblowing matters.
•  
• Identifying and implementing improvements to whistleblowing policies and processes.
•  
• Maintaining management information, preparing investigation reports, and advising on remedial actions.
•  
• Producing papers and dashboards for senior management, highlighting trends and metrics.
