Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking an experienced GI Data Analytics professional in Warsaw to triage and investigate whistleblowing and misconduct concerns, and generate MI reports for stakeholders. The role supports reporting deliverables and data-strategy projects involving new tools to optimise data processing and MI workflows.

You'll work with confidential HR/Risk data and liaise across GI and other business functions, delivering timely, accurate insights through dashboards and automated reports.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of analytics experience, preferably in financial services, with data-driven reporting
• Experience extracting, transforming and analysing data from data lakes and Dataiku Server
• Advanced Excel VBA, strong SQL and Python skills; experience with Tableau/Power BI for visualization
• Knowledge of data modelling, databases and APIs for data extraction
• Analytical mindset; ability to detect outliers and investigate data drivers
• Proven ability to deliver concise, accurate analysis and to communicate clearly

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyse key MI requirements and convert them into meaningful reports.
• Understand GI data and definitions, perform data quality checks and assess report suitability.
• Design and operationalise new report formats and dashboards using new tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Ensure turnaround, SLAs, data accuracy, security and confidentiality are maintained.
• Contribute to governance by maintaining process documents and improving maker-checker flows.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders for end-to-end delivery.
• Contribute to GI case management system requirements and testing.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to provide timely, high-quality support for strategic objectives.
• Analyse reporting needs and build a strong requirements management process and project delivery approach.
• Support weekly/monthly data processing and reporting cycles; consolidate data for meaningful output.
• Deliver reports ensuring data security and confidentiality; participate in data strategy projects and tooling enhancements.
