Job summary

Standard Chartered seeks an experienced Associate Director, Insights in Warsaw to drive MI reporting for Group Investigations. You will transform complex data into actionable dashboards, ensure data quality, and partner with stakeholders across GI and other functions.

You will work with Dataiku, Tableau and Power BI to innovate reporting, while upholding data security and governance. This role focuses on delivering timely insights and scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of analytics experience in financial services or similar.
• Experience extracting, transforming and analyzing data; familiar with data lakes and Dataiku Server.
• Advanced Excel VBA; strong SQL and Python; experience with ETL and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of data modelling, APIs for data extraction, and analytical mindset.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyse key MI requirements to convert into meaningful reports.
• Design and operationalise new report formats and dashboards using modern tools.
• Ensure delivery timelines, data accuracy, security and confidentiality.
• Support governance by updating process documents and improving workflows.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders for end-to-end delivery of MI.
• Assist in weekly/monthly data processing and reporting cycles.
