Revolut Ltd is seeking a Business Compliance Manager (Whistleblowing) to join our remote team across Poland, Portugal, and Spain. The role focuses on triaging reports, conducting investigations into sensitive matters, and driving improvements to whistleblowing policies.

The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of whistleblowing experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple investigations under pressure with discretion and empathy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years investigating whistleblowing or related matters
• Knowledge of whistleblowing regulation (e.g., Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 and EU Whistleblowing Directive)
• Ability to manage multiple investigations and other projects under pressure
• Discretion and empathy when handling sensitive issues
• Risk-based, critical thinking with difficult questions
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Sound judgement free from bias and based on facts

Responsibilities

• Triaging whistleblowing reports
• Conducting independent investigations into sensitive whistleblowing matters
• Identifying and implementing improvements to whistleblowing policies and processes
• Maintaining management information, preparing high-quality investigation reports, and advising on remedial actions
• Producing presentation papers and dashboards for senior management and committees, highlighting trends and metrics
• Staying up to date with whistleblowing regulation and ensuring adherence to standards
