Job summary

PersonnelService is seeking an Area Sales Manager to develop the business across Western Ukraine. You will drive regional sales performance and grow the distributor network while building long-term relationships with key customers and partners.

The role requires at least 3 years in B2B/B2C sales within the sanitary/building materials sector, plus strong negotiation and presentation skills, fluency in English and Russian, and willingness to travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales.
• Experience in the sanitary / plumbing / installation / building materials sector (mandatory).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Results-driven with strong analytical capabilities.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Driving license (Category B).
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and margin targets in line with company strategy.
• Develop and expand cooperation with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
• Acquire new customers and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Conduct product presentations, technical trainings, and commercial negotiations.
• Identify new sales channels, growth areas, and market opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Propose and manage discount strategies and credit limits within company policy.
• Monitor payment reliability and support debt collection processes.
• Implement promotional and marketing actions tailored to the regional market.
• Manage regional expense budget and sales forecasts.
• Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs, and industry events.
