Job summary

Craftware Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced IT professional to configure and customize the Veeva Vault Regulatory application in Warsaw. The role requires leading configuration tasks under senior guidance and aligning with architectural direction for regulatory compliance.

You will work with product managers, BAs, and QA to ensure smooth delivery, support integrations, and continuously improve Vault stability and performance in a long-term, international project portfolio.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of IT experience.
• At least 4 years of experience with Veeva.
• Hands-on experience with Vault configuration, ideally within the Regulatory domain.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Veeva Regulatory Vault application to meet business and regulatory requirements, with guidance from the Senior Engineer on architectural direction and solution design.
• Translate high-level architecture into actionable configuration tasks and ensure technical consistency across the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Business Analysts, and QA to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with project goals.
• Support integration efforts with other enterprise systems and data sources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Vault-related issues, ensuring stability and performance.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to backlog grooming, and support roadmap execution.
