Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a senior advisor to own long-term technical strategy for Life Sciences platforms, focusing on either Clinical Operations or Regulatory Vault. You will mentor consultants, shape complex platform configurations, and guide migrations from on-premise to cloud SaaS environments in a Polish hub of 60+ consultants within a global network.

You will collaborate with R&D and Product Management, influence future roadmaps, and work from Poland with 100% remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience implementing, supporting, or administering core business and IT operations solutions, with a focus on ECM or similar platforms.
• Proven technical leadership and ability to guide senior stakeholders through complex decisions.
• Experience with Veeva Vault, enterprise CRM platforms, or cloud architectures in regulated environments.
• Applied change management to migrate from legacy/on-premise to cloud SaaS.
• Mentorship experience coaching junior consultants or team members.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Residence in Poland with legal work authorization (visa sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute complex platform configurations and workflows across Clinical or Regulatory Vault platforms.
• Lead migrations from legacy systems to modern SaaS platforms with change management.
• Partner with client IT leadership on post-implementation programs and align needs with platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to provide product feedback and influence roadmaps.
• Provide architectural guidance to junior team members across the regional hub.
