Job summary

Olympus is seeking a Market Development Manager to drive adoption of a new urology procedure across healthcare settings in Poland. You will develop market strategies, align with Global and regional leaders, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver revenue growth in Poland.

In this role you will plan local marketing activities, support market access and reimbursement efforts, and build a strong local KOL network while representing Olympus at national and international congresses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months experience in medical device related product management and sales/MDM.
• Experience in urology is advantageous.
• Experience implementing new therapies across multiple healthcare pathways, especially in the private sector, is advantageous.
• Previous reimbursement or healthcare payer projects would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive market adoption and market development strategy in collaboration with Global, Regional and Country BU leadership.
• Support international collaboration with regional and EMEA marketing functions, focusing on Poland.
• Support market access and reimbursement conditions by working with external contractors and internal colleagues.
• Provide guidance on adaptation of European value propositions to local market needs.
• Identify and onboard centers of excellence and engage with local key opinion leaders.
• Plan, execute and control budgets, schedules, and performance against plan for local and regional management.
• Collaborate with education colleagues to plan and implement physician training for new procedures.
• Partner with local and regional Olympus teams to educate clinicians through events.
• Represent Olympus at national and international congresses focusing on innovative BPH treatments.
