Job summary

Olympus Corporation seeks a commercially minded ITind Market Development Manager to grow awareness, adoption, and appropriate use of iTind for BPH. You will work with urologists, healthcare providers, and internal teams to develop markets, support education, and build sustainable patient access pathways.

You will lead strategic planning with a strong understanding of medical-device markets and ethical healthcare promotion, driving revenue growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months experience in medical device related product management and sales/MDM.
• Experience in urology with existing relationships would be an advantage.
• Experience implementing new therapies across multiple healthcare pathways, particularly in the private sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive market adoption of iTind across healthcare settings.
• Collaborate with regional and BU teams to align market strategy.
• Plan and execute local marketing activities targeting urology professionals.
• Support market access and reimbursement efforts with authorities and payers.
• Adapt European value propositions to local market needs.
• Identify centers of excellence and engage key opinion leaders.
• Gather market intelligence on BPH and competitor activity.
• Oversee schedules and budgets; monitor performance against plan.
• Coordinate physician education and training programs with field staff.
