Job summary

Align Technology, based in Poland with HQ in Switzerland, seeks a Marketing Manager for Poland to develop and execute the local marketing plan aligned with global strategy. The role is office-based in Wrocław with regular travel to HQ and within the market.

You will localize campaigns, manage the OPEX budget, collaborate with Sales, Finance and regional teams, and build a strong KOL network to drive brand awareness and doctor sign-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in marketing or business field.
• At least 3 years in Brand Management at country level.
• Experience in medical device industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing plans for Poland.
• Localize campaigns and materials for the Polish market.
• Manage OPEX budget and campaign ROI analytics.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance and global teams.
• Build KOL network and support local events and congresses.
