Job summary

Clinomic in Poland seeks a Managing Director to own the local P&L, define market strategy, and lead the Polish team. You will build strong relationships with healthcare organisations, government bodies, and strategic partners while driving sales, marketing, and smooth implementation of solutions.

You will work closely with the executive team, ensure compliance with local requirements, and shape a culture of growth and excellence in a fast-growing medtech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
• Proven P&L responsibility and track record in team and country building.
• Strategic communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and support decision-making.
• Strong relationship builder with experience in managing clients and cross-functional collaboration.
• Problem solver with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Capability to interact with external stakeholders such as clients, partners, and industry experts.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive full local P&L for the Poland business.
• Define and execute the market development strategy for Poland.
• Collaborate with the executive team on strategies, budgets, and investments.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships to scale the business.
• Manage relationships with local health organisations, government, and institutions.
• Set up team structure and recruit for approved roles; define objectives.
• Provide leadership to develop the team in line with company goals.
• Foster a motivating local culture that supports growth.
• Promote Clinomic’s products and drive sales initiatives.
• Attend conferences and contribute to marketing strategy and implementations.
• Ensure successful installations and meet high-quality standards.
• Identify process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Implement initiatives to strengthen Clinomic’s local market position.
