Job summary

VML, part of WPP, in Warsaw (Praga Północ) is seeking a Content Creative (Mid-Level) to craft copy for social, digital and campaigns, spotting trends and turning them into campaigns. This hybrid role requires 2 days per month in the Warsaw office, with remote work on other days.

You will work with designers, strategists and production magicians to create campaigns for brands, bringing big ideas to life across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years making content that's smart and social-first.
• Fluent English is required.
• Able to turn big ideas into concise copy for multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Dream up and write copy for social, digital and campaigns.
• Create native social content (Reels, TikToks, etc.).
• Collaborate with designers, strategists and production teams to bring ideas to life.
• Take projects from initial scribble to client-approved moment.
• Keep content calendars organized with fresh ideas.
