Job summary

VML South Africa is seeking a Content Creative (Mid-Level) in Warsaw, hybrid with 2 days per month in the office and remote on other days. You’ll write copy for social, digital campaigns and native formats, spotting trends and turning ideas into engaging content.

Collaborate with designers and strategists to shape campaigns for well-known brands, delivering sharp, relevant work. This is a dynamic role with a strong emphasis on culture and ideas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of making content that’s smart, social-first, and works online.
• Fluent Internet and fluent English.
• Ability to turn big ideas into spot-on copy for any channel.

Responsibilities

• Dream up and write copy for social, digital and campaigns — words that feel alive, not just posted.
• Create native social content (Reels, TikToks, and more) with a keen eye on trends.
• Collaborate with other creatives to bring big ideas to life across digital touchpoints.
• Take projects from scribble to client-approved final product.
• Keep content calendars organized and filled with fresh ideas; inject energy into brainstorms.
