Job summary

VML Poland is seeking a Copywriter to join our hybrid Warsaw-based creative team. You will craft compelling copy, develop campaign concepts, and collaborate with an Art Director and other specialists to bring ideas to life.

You have 1–3 years of agency experience, a flair for storytelling, and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences. Proficiency in Polish and English (B2+) is essential for our international client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Copywriter in an agency setting.
• Fluent Polish and English (B2 or higher).
• Strong writing skills and storytelling ability.
• Ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms.
• Collaborative mindset with designers and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Write copy and create concepts for presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote).
• Develop fresh campaign ideas based on client briefs.
• Participate in client meetings to align on campaign vision.
• Incorporate client feedback to keep projects on brief.
• Collaborate on digital and social media content.
