Job summary

3M is seeking a Trade Compliance Specialist to join the Operations Team in a global role based in Wrocław. You will coordinate trade document workflows, support customs clearance, and act as a knowledge resource across multiple workstreams, ensuring accurate and timely trade operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher and 2–4 years of experience in trade compliance, with strong English skills and SAP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–4 years of equivalent work experience in global trade compliance, customs operations, or logistics.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of additional foreign language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage trade document creation, correction, review, validation, indexing, and dispatch across air, ocean, ground, import, and export activities.
• Support regional trade compliance processes, including customs clearance and certificate management activities.
• Act as a subject matter resource, providing operational guidance, troubleshooting support, and coverage across multiple workstreams.
• Provide end-to-end support across all trade compliance processes, ensuring continuity, accuracy, and timely execution of trade operations.
