Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in reward and compensation roles.
- Fluent in English; Russian is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel with HRIS experience desirable.
Responsibilities
- Prepare data packs and analysis for reward cycles.
- Maintain grade definitions and role documentation.
- Track benefits operations across all markets.
- Manage vendor relationships for benchmarking data.
- Act as contact for HRBPs on reward queries.
- Run internal surveys on reward preferences.
- Monitor compensation legislation in all countries.
