Job Description
Role Purpose & Scope
The Total Reward Partner will support the Organizational Intelligence & Rewards team in strengthening rewards architecture, programs, policies, and governance across AUTODOC’s international operations.
Operating at a Partner level, this role will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring compensation practices are competitive, consistent, and aligned with organizational principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of reward frameworks and programs
- Partner with business leaders to advise on compensation strategy and decisions
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with reward principles and governance
- Translate complex reward concepts into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders
- Support and execute annual salary review cycles and compensation planning processes

Preferred Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR consulting
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Experience in international or multi‑market environments
- Familiarity with job architecture and benchmarking tools
