Job summary

A multinational recruitment agency is seeking a Total Reward Expert for a major organisation in Warsaw. This role involves managing benefits and recognition programs, collaborating with Procurement, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, knowledge of Polish labor law, and strong communication skills. This position offers a comprehensive salary with bonuses, a hybrid work model, and opportunities for further development within the international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Total Rewards or related field.
• Knowledge of Polish labor law.
• Eager to work in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent intercultural and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and English (C1)

Responsibilities

• Implementation and management of benefits and recognition programs.
• Collaborating with the Procurement Team on benefits management.
• Ensuring smooth execution of Total Rewards cycles.
• Ensuring smooth execution of Total Rewards cycles (salary review, promotions, bonus calculations, data submissions to market providers, etc.)
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives in the Total Rewards area
• Creating engaging communication materials to explain Total Rewards programs to employees
• Representation in contacts with PPK and preparation of required documents
• Preparing presentations regarding Compensation & Benefits for the organisation
• Supporting new hires including induction process
• Preparing reports regarding Total Rewards trends and recommendations
