Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced degree or HR certification is preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits within a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Total Rewards program delivery, ensuring alignment with global frameworks while adapting to local market, regulatory, and business requirements.
• Own and apply job architecture, job evaluation, salary structures, and governance processes for assigned regions; participate in salary surveys and market studies.
• Lead annual compensation processes for assigned populations (merit planning, incentive administration, salary structure reviews, equity-related processes).
• Develop and deliver communications, training, and guidance on Total Rewards topics for HR, managers, and employees.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on compensation, benefits, job leveling, market competitiveness, pay transparency, and pay equity.
• Lead market benchmarking, complex analyses, and build financial models and dashboards to support Total Rewards decisions.
