Job summary

The Company in Poland is seeking a TMS Application Specialist to bridge transport operations and IT. You will configure, maintain and optimise TMS systems, support users, and contribute to regional projects across Europe.

In this role, you will collaborate with operations, IT and vendors, translating business needs into robust system solutions, testing changes, and driving data-driven improvements using SQL and BI tools. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in TMS or logistics applications.
• Experience with TMS platforms such as Blue Yonder, OTM, Transporeon, Manhattan TMS, CargoWise, CarLo, or e2Open.
• Understanding of transport, logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain operations.
• SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in international teams.
• Good command of English.
• Practical experience and technical expertise are valued over formal education.

The Role

To support these ambitions, they are seeking a TMS Application Specialist based in Poland.

As a TMS Application Specialist, you will act as the bridge between transport operations and IT, ensuring that Transport Management Systems (TMS) effectively support business processes and operational requirements.

You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining and optimising TMS applications, supporting users, and contributing to both local and regional initiatives. Your activities will range from application support and troubleshooting to system enhancements, testing, integrations and implementation projects.

Working within an international environment, you will collaborate closely with operational teams, IT colleagues, external vendors and project stakeholders across Europe.

Your Profile

• Approximately 2-5 years of experience in TMS, logistics applications, application support or a related role.
• Experience working with Transport Management Systems such as Blue Yonder, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Transporeon, Manhattan TMS, CargoWise, Soloplan CarLo, e2Open or similar platforms.
• Understanding of transport, logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain operations.
• Experience with system configuration and application troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within international teams.
• Good command of English.
• Practical experience and technical expertise are considered more important than formal educational background.
