Job summary

Computer Futures is seeking a TMS Application Specialist in Poland to bridge transport operations and IT. You will configure, maintain, and optimise TMS systems, support users, and drive regional initiatives across Europe.

You will work with IT and operations, performing testing, integrations, and reporting to improve transport efficiency. The role requires 2–5 years in TMS or logistics apps, experience with major TMS platforms, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in TMS or logistics applications.
• Experience with TMS like Blue Yonder, OTM, Transporeon, Manhattan TMS or similar.
• Understanding of transport and logistics operations.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting systems.
• SQL knowledge is a plus; good analytical and stakeholder skills.
• Good command of English; able to work in international teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Transport Management Systems per operations needs.
• Translate business needs into effective system solutions.
• Troubleshoot incidents and provide end-user support.
• Test new functionalities and software upgrades.
• Support UAT activities and project implementations.
• Collaborate with vendors and development teams on enhancements.
• Participate in TMS implementations and migrations.
• Create reports and analyse data with SQL/Power BI/Crystal Reports.
• Support integrations via EDI and APIs.
• Maintain documentation for users and IT teams.
