Job summary

Koda Tech is seeking an experienced TMS Application Specialist to join a logistics technology team in a hybrid Poland-based role. You will configure, support and continuously improve TMS systems to meet evolving business requirements and operational needs.

You will work between Operations and IT, handling 2nd line support, testing, reporting and data analysis to drive performance. The freelance engagement starts ASAP and offers hybrid work arrangements in Poland.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in transport, logistics, supply chain or freight forwarding environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting or administering Transport Management Systems (TMS) or similar business-critical applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to diagnose and resolve application issues.
• Experience configuring applications and supporting business users in a live operational environment.
• Understanding of system integrations, databases and SQL would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and support Transport Management Systems in line with operational and business requirements.
• Provide 2nd line application support, investigating and resolving system issues to minimise disruption to transport operations.
• Analyse transport and logistics processes, translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Support TMS implementations, upgrades, migrations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform testing of new functionality, system changes and enhancements, including support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop reports and analyse transport data to support operational performance and decision-making.
