Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Therapy Development Consultant to drive Impella adoption and heart recovery outcomes in Poland, covering Poznań/Bydgoszcz/Gdańsk after training. The role focuses on training physicians and hospital staff to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities include establishing standard of care, account training, and cross-region collaboration to expand program reach, with significant travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or advanced degree is required.
• Fluent English and Polish language proficiency are required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical devices, cardiovascular space preferred.
• Experience in direct patient support in Cath Lab/ICU/CCU is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 80%+ within the region.

Responsibilities

• Establish Impella & Heart Recovery as a standard of care in Poland by training MDs and hospital staff.
• Lead account training and coordinate strategy with partners to develop physician skills and expand adoption.
• Improve patient outcomes by implementing Abiomed clinical strategies and supporting staff in cath labs, ORs, and ICUs.
• Plan regular visits to institutions with active Impella programs to monitor activity and collect data.
