Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Clinical Account Specialist in Warsaw to provide clinical support and promote BW products across the territory. You will develop professional education for end users, collaborate with the sales team, and drive business growth in Cardiovascular/MedTech.

You will work in a hospital environment predominantly, with focus on heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke solutions. A strong clinical background and fluent English are required; Polish is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical, technical, biomedical, or related field.
• Ready to work primarily in a hospital environment, ~90% of the time.
• Strong relationship-building skills and professional communication.
• High energy, self-motivation, and excellent time management.
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic clinical setting.
• Cardiology or electrophysiology experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time across a territory with multiple clients.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic and changing market circumstances.
• Fluent English (B2) and Polish native level; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical and technical support during EP procedures with real-time guidance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth procedure flow.
• Build deep expertise in arrhythmia and 3D mapping technologies.
• Demonstrate product capabilities and tailor solutions to clinical needs.
• Deliver high-quality training sessions for new and existing users.
• Collaborate with the sales team on customer education and development initiatives.
• Support long-term growth of EP centers across the territory.
