Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech division is seeking a Clinical Account Specialist to provide clinical support and promote Biosense Webster products across Poland. The role focuses on EP procedures, education, and collaboration with the sales team to grow Cardiovascular solutions in Warsaw or Lublin.

Ideal candidates have a medical/technical background, strong Polish and English skills, and the ability to thrive in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a medical, technical, biomedical, or related field preferred.
• Readiness to work in a hospital environment ~90% of the time.
• Fluent English and native Polish required with strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical and technical support during EP procedures with real-time guidance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time to ensure smooth procedure flow.
• Develop deep expertise in arrhythmia and 3D mapping technologies.
• Demonstrate product capabilities and tailor solutions to clinical needs.
• Deliver high-quality training sessions for new and existing users.
• Collaborate with the sales team on customer education and development initiatives.
• Support long-term growth of EP centers across the assigned territory.
