Responsibilities include developing launch strategies, pricing guidance, and ensuring product availability while maintaining a strong data-driven approach. This role requires travel up to 50% and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• University degree (BA/BS) required.
• 5+ years in general medical device experience, clinical support preferred.
• Fluent English; local language proficiency advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within North Region.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in EMEA marketing calls concerning strategies and events for Electrophysiology portfolio.
• Monitor ICPs and set/adjust base price lists for the portfolio.
• Organize North events, ensuring compliance with JJ guidelines and materials.
• Keep sales teams informed on product/ procedural knowledge and market trends.
• Collaborate with operations to match forecasts with fulfillment.
• Develop North/CEE launch strategies for new products and portfolio switches.
• Lead SGP improvement initiatives and optimize product mix.
• Manage daily product management with minimal supervision.
• Create presentations and KPI reports to capture market dynamics.
• Use predictive analytics to forecast performance and guide portfolio changes.
• Promote data-driven, value-based thinking aligned with Credo.
