Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Abiomed unit is seeking a driven Therapy Development Consultant in Poland to expand Impella therapy adoption. You will train physicians and hospital staff, establish brand presence, and collaborate with key centers to improve patient outcomes across cath labs and ICUs.

The role requires cardiovascular experience, strong clinical training skills, and readiness to travel regionally up to 80%+. Base pay ranges publicly noted in PLN; full-time employment in Warsaw East, Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or advanced degree required.
• Experience in medical devices or cardiovascular space is preferred.
• Proven track record in launch of therapies and growth is desired.

Responsibilities

• Therapy Development: establish Impella & Heart Recovery as standard of care in Poland and train clinicians.
• Account Management/Account Training: drive patient growth and clinical performance in key centers; coordinate training.
• Patient Support: improve outcomes, support cath labs, OR and ICU; share best practices.
