Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman in Krakow is seeking a Test Lead to drive UAT and Quality Assurance for projects across BBH products and solutions.

You will coordinate test plans, scripts, data, and environments, and report on test outcomes while collaborating with business and technology teams to ensure correct functionality and client requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software testing experience in financial services is a plus.
• Experience with Windows-based applications and testing phases is preferred.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for test planning and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creation and execution of test plans and test scripts.
• Approve scope of test scripts to meet business needs and client requirements.
• Prepare test data and environments and execute tests per standards.
• Document test execution, provide Test Summary Reporting and insights.

Your understanding of functional, regression, end-to-end, exploratory and Client testing, as well as conversion and implementation planning will enable you to multi-task in a fast-paced environment driven to works with the internal business areas to help ensure the correct business functionality, Client and technology requirements, and industry standards are tested within the envisioned solution.
