Olympus Europa SE & Co. KG is seeking a Customer Support Generalist (m/f/d) for a temporary replacement position in Poland. You will coordinate customer service requests, maintain service documentation, and support cross-functional teams including Field Service and Sales.

Responsabilités

• Coordination of customer service requests and service administration processes.
• Registration, assessment, and routing of service inquiries.
• Creation and maintenance of service orders, requests, and documentation.
• Warranty verification and validation of service requests.
• Preparation of quotations, cost estimates, repair reports, and invoices.
• Customer communication regarding service status, timelines, and next steps.
• Coordination of service activities with Field Service, Sales, and Technical Support teams.
• Support in service, commercial, and product complaint processes.
• Coordination of supplier claims, loaner equipment, and product lifecycle activities.
• Administrative support of corrective actions, product recalls, and related follow-up activities.
• Reporting, data maintenance, and process tracking in SAP and related systems.
