Job summary

Olympus Business Services sp. z o.o. is offering a paid six-month Internship in the Customer Care department. You will learn processes, handle sales orders, and gain exposure to master data management and SAP. Suitable for current or recent students with English proficiency and optional German or Spanish language skills.

Work from home or at our city-center office, with flexible hours to fit studies. After the internship, there may be a path to a Junior Specialist role depending on availability.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recent graduates; internships directed to students.
• Good verbal and written English required; German or Spanish a major advantage.
• Computer skills and proficiency with MS Office, including Excel.
• Availability for min. 20h per week.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders for assigned markets according to country-specific requirements.
• Get to know the master data management process.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.

Join our Customer Care department as an Intern!

The internships offer the opportunity to:

Our internships are directed to current or freshly graduated students. We also expect:

• Good verbal and written English language skills.
• German or Spanish language skills would be a major advantage.
• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office (including MS Excel).
• Availability for min. 20h per week.

We offer a 6-months long paid internship. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work from home or from our modern office in the city center.
• Adjust your working hours to your studies thanks to flexible hours.
• Develop under the guidance of industry experts.
• After a successful Internship, period promotion to a Junior Specialist role (if it becomes available during the duration of your internship).
