Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology business partnering, project/program management, consulting, or digital transformation.
• Experience in multi-country matrix organizations.
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, generics, or life sciences preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate tech topics into business language.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Technology Business Relationship Lead for Central Cluster Europe.
• Own and consolidate technology demand across the cluster.
• Represent cluster needs in global prioritization, portfolio, roadmap, and budget.
• Ensure global programs land in countries in an integrated, transparent, and predictable way.
• Support adoption of global platforms and simplify local tech landscape.
• Coordinate delivery through global technology teams with clear ownership and escalation.
• Provide visibility to cluster leadership on initiatives, risks, dependencies, and costs.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change adoption across a multi-country matrix.
