- Own the business partnership model and guide local orgs into enterprise delivery.
- Lead portfolio governance with initiative visibility, capacity and risks.
- Translate business needs into enterprise-ready requirements.
- Drive AI adoption by aligning capabilities with priorities.
- Lead flagship initiatives from use-case to adoption.
- Promote responsible AI use with controls and oversight.
- Establish sustainable support, governance, and audit readiness.
- Communicate portfolio health and escalate as needed.
